I grew up on a farm located in Berkley, MA, our main crop was butternut squash. I had horses growing up and my passion was barrel racing and professional rodeo, I competed up and down the east coast and out west. I had dreams when I graduated from high school that I would move to Florida and make rodeo my full time career. In September of 2000, my senior year of high school I was in a horrific car accident. I was on my way to meet my father to pick up my horses to compete at Wilmington Rodeo, Wilmington, MA. Needless to say I did not make the rodeo. I was hit by a 72 year old man, I was driving a Ford Bronco 2 and I was ejected, no seat belt. I was med-flighted to Boston Medical Center – I suffered traumatic brain injury, facial fractures, broken collar bone, paralyzed on the right side, broken pelvis, rib injuries, etc. I had to learn how to walk, talk, and write all over again. I ended up graduating with my class and competing barrel racing again.
I have always had a gift of communicating with the other side, and I have also always had the gift of animal communication. This gift became even stronger after my car accident. I didn’t know how to use my gifts and wanted to understand them better. I feel a calling to be of service to people where I was given the gift of life in my own miracle of healing. I found myself drawn to learning more about how to use my gifts. I took mediumship classes and also I learned Reiki and became a Reiki Master with Jessica from The Soul Purpose. I started my business “Reiki by Mary Ann” in September of 2016.
In my sessions I do Body Readings. I connect in by using my Reiki hand positions and my psychic mediumship abilities. This enables me to be able to see a person’s past, present and future. I also am able to tune into people and pets that are still here or that have passed away into the spirit world. During a Body Reading only positive energy and healing messages come through and everything is kept confidential. I am very thankful that I am able to share my gift with others.
