Growing up on my family’s farm in Berkley, Massachusetts, I was surrounded by livestock, horses, and the beauty of nature. From an early age, I developed a deep love and respect for animals, spending countless hours caring for them and learning their unique personalities. Even as a child, I realized I had a special ability to connect with animals on a deeper level, sensing their emotions and communicating with them in ways I couldn’t fully explain. Those early experiences planted the seeds for what would become my life’s calling.
Horses played a significant role in my life, eventually leading me to become a Professional Barrel Racer at a young age. The sport taught me discipline, perseverance, trust, and the importance of the powerful bond between humans and animals. Although I later stepped away from competition, those experiences continue to shape who I am and the work I do today.
At the age of 17, my life took an unexpected turn when I was involved in a horrific car accident. Through the love and prayers of my family, friends, and community, I miraculously survived. After months of rehabilitation and determination, I was able to return to barrel racing and graduate with my class. That life-changing experience awakened my spiritual gifts in a profound way and deepened my connection to the unseen world.
As my intuitive abilities grew stronger, I felt called to understand and develop them. This journey led me to Reiki and Energy Healing, where I discovered my true purpose: helping both people and animals find healing, balance, and peace. In September 2016, I founded Reiki by Mary Ann, creating a compassionate space where individuals can experience healing of the mind, body, and spirit.
Dedicated to lifelong learning and spiritual growth, I have continued to expand my knowledge and skills, earning certifications as a Usui Reiki Master Teacher, Certified Animal Reiki Practitioner, Full Spectrum Healer, Energy Medicine Practitioner, Master Healer, Holy Fire® III Karuna Reiki® Master Teacher, and Certified Sound Healer. In May 2023, I was honored to be ordained as a Minister through the Universal Brotherhood Movement, earning a Bachelor of Divinity in Ministerial Counseling and Metaphysical Healing. I am also a proud member of the Birch Tree Ministry through The Soul Purpose in Swansea, Massachusetts.
Throughout my journey, I have embraced an increasingly profound connection with angelic energy and divine guidance. Every experience has strengthened my belief that healing is a partnership between faith, intention, compassion, and love. It is a privilege to use my gifts to support both people and animals as they navigate their own healing journeys.

My mission is to provide a safe, compassionate, and welcoming environment where healing can unfold naturally. Through Reiki, sound healing, energy medicine, animal communication, and spiritual guidance, I strive to help each person and animal reconnect with their inner light, restore balance, and discover their own capacity for healing and transformation.
Helping others find peace, hope, and healing is more than my profession—it is my calling, my purpose, and my greatest blessing.

Healing sessions are available by appointment only at my peaceful practice in Berkley, Massachusetts, conveniently located approximately one mile from Route 24.
Appointments are currently offered on Saturdays only.
